“Hush-a-bye” came from a personal homework assignment to write a lullaby. As a mother to 5 of them, it was something I had always wanted to do. Kyla was my baby at the time. This song is a simple reminder to myself, my babies and all the sisters of the silvermoon in the world, to take time for your self. To dream your dreams, to take those leaps of faith. To imagine it all and to be brave.
